The best and easiest transmission solution for high-power setups. Makes a VQ transmission a bolt-on affair. Take advantage of stronger gears, six speeds, and better shifting!

The gearing is superior to an SR/KA/Z32 transmission. All of the gears are shorter now so you won't find yourself stuck between 2-3 gear on courses any more. You can now leave it in 3rd gear and rip! Not to mention having a 6 speed transmission that is tough and not made of glass like any SR/KA transmission!

This transmission is also significantly stronger. There are local 9 second Z33's that have yet to blow a trans. STOP BREAKING STOCK TRANSMISSIONS! Check out the gear size comparison!
You will retain your SR Clutch/Flywheel. You do not need a Z33 clutch.

What you need for the swap:

-Adapter plate
-Transmission mount
-Shortened shifter bracket
-Modifying Z33 Bellhousing
-Driveshaft, we recommend shaftmasters.com
-Slave cylinder spacer kit(only for 2008+ model transmissions, 2007 and earlier do not need this)
-Stainless steel clutch line. Auto to 5spd conversion lines are perfect length.

All adapter plates are Laser scanned, CAD designed, CNC machined and real world tested.  All scanning and machining is done in an ISO9001:2008 certified machine shop who specializes in MilSpec/Aerospace/Medical machining.

• 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z/Infiniti G35 CD001, CD005, CD006, CD008, CD009(External Slave Cyl)
• 2007-2009 Nissan 350Z/Infiniti G35 JK40C(Internal Slave Cyl)
• 2010-2013 Nissan 370Z/G37 

The complete kit includes everything needed for the swap.  Customers will send in their bellhousing and shifter bracket to get modified and we return a full kit ready to install.  You will use the SR20/KA throw out bearing and Carrier.  Please contact sales@maverick-motorsports.com for further questions or international service.
